PROJECT NAME: ST. AGATHA ESTATE
PROJECT TYPE: RESIDENTIAL NEW BUILD

This project was one of our largest and most involving residential builds to date. Featuring over 14,500 square feet of custom finishes such as a book-matched marble floors, indoor climate controlled pool, and custom millwork throughout. Every aspect of this estate is handled through home automation specifically designed to operate this homes many features; winning several awards in home automation. The second floor was accessed by the custom milled spiral staircase or elevator, and lead guests to the numerous bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The entire exterior, including detached garage housing the homes electrical equipment, was built to entertain and is perfectly framed through extensive landscaping.
