The existing estate in Waterloo received an extensive renovation including a massive ensuite with custom built-ins and walk-in steam shower. The free-standing tub was centred against exterior windows, and surrounded by marble tile and built-in millwork which lead into a custom walk-in closet and changing room.  The powder room was updated along with countertops, millwork and tile throughout, followed by a full repaint. The existing basement bar area was converted to a walk-out, leading to a flagstone patio overlooking the pond. The existing deck was reworked to be accessible to the lower patio, and everything landscaped to frame the home.
