We took this builder-basic basement, and turned it into a cozy family wellness retreat. A spacious home gym, sprawling bathroom with walk in shower and custom cedar sauna, and a comfortable living room area with fireplace and custom built ins, are all part of the transformation. We also gave the main floor powder room a facelift with new colour drenched millwork and gorgeous patterned wallpaper.
